Peer evaulation of Obama Podcast

Using the news:  your final project

In class Podcast workshop:  Work on your final project in class with sarah's guidance

Choose ONE project for your final:

OPTION 1

1.  Using www.npr.org   --  explore the NEWS!

2.  Indentify (find and choose) a news topic you would like to learn more about.

3.  LISTEN to the many available news stories about your topic on www.npr.org

4.  Once you have learned about the topic, make a podcast re-telling and summarizing it for your audience.  Speak for 2 minutes.

Call the podcast:  Final option 1

OPTION 2

1.  Using www.npr.org  --  explore the PROGRAMS!

2.  Indentify (find and choose) a program you would like to learn more about.

3.  LISTEN to the many available broadcasts of that program

4.  Once you have learned about the program, make a podcast describing this program (giving main ideas and details about the PROGRAM) for your audience.  Speak for 2 minutes.
